The Hillsborough County City-County Planning Commission, in partnership with the Hillsborough County Metropolitan Planning Organization wishes to prepare a comprehensive countywide vision for Hillsborough County and the Cities of Plant City, Tampa and Temple Terrace.

"Vision for Hillsborough 2050" RFP

The purpose of this RFP is to select a consultant team to assist in developing a collective Vision for Hillsborough 2050 through the integration of identified Vision and planning initiatives.
