Regular meetings take place at 2:00 pm and Public Hearings take place at 5:30 pm on the 2nd Monday of every month on the 18th floor of the County Center building, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd. in downtown Tampa. View directions.

Any person wishing to appeal a decision made by the Planning Commission will need a record of the proceedings and, for that purpose, may need to arrange for a verbatim record of the proceedings that includes the testimony and evidence upon which that appeal is to be based.
