Our Planning Library

Welcome to the Library: The Planning Commission library archives agency reports and materials related to the comprehensive planning. Additionally, the library houses a unique collection of comprehensive planning books, periodicals, reports, video-tapes, DVDs, maps, and other materials. Many of these items are available for circulation to individuals possessing a valid Hillsborough County library card. Additionally, you can browse for Planning Collection materials by using the online catalog.

2008 Major Employers-a spreadsheet summarizing the major public and private employers for Hillsborough County.
Facts and Figures- a one-page brochure summarizing socio-economic data for Hillsborough County or the entire Tampa Bay region.
Quarterly newsletters such as Partners in Planning, and River News are available.
Census - The Planning Commission Library maintains an extensive collection of data from the 1990 and 2000 this includes the Census Designated Place Profiles for unincorporated areas as well as the American Community Report.
