Land Use and Public Land Maps
These files are the latest Adopted Future Land Use, Existing Land Use and Potential Public Lands Maps for the four jurisdictions in Hillsborough County, Florida.
  3D Planning and Visualization
The Planning Commission is using the latest in 3D Internet technology to bring a visual dimension to Plan Amendments, Comprehensive Plans, Community Plans, and other long-range planning projects.
  Pictometry
The Planning Commission has acquired a 3D-like aerial system called Pictometry, which the Planning staff can use from their desktop PCs. This new system is provided to us free, thanks to the Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee, who purchased a county-wide government site license using a grant.
  GIS Mapping Applications
The Planning Commission's Automation Team maintains a comprehensive information resource online, for use by planners, officials and citizens. The following materials are links to sites, documents, and resources related to GIS and visualization tools.
